COVID RELATED INFORMATION

Contact tracing over half term

Schools are expected to track and trace any positive cases of Covid-19 over half term.

Where pupils, students or staff test positive for COVID-19 during half-term, having developed symptoms more than 2 days since being in school or college, no action is needed.

Staff, young people, parents and carers should follow contact tracing instructions provided by NHS Test and Trace. However, where pupils or staff test positive having developed symptoms within 2 days of being in school or college, (ie you get symptoms by Sunday 30th May and subsequently test positive) you should email head@stmargarets.brighton-hove.sch.uk to inform me, so that I can identify close contacts and advise on self-isolation, as the individual may have been infectious whilst in school or college.

I will check my emails twice daily over the half term break for any contact regarding this.

COVID RISK ASSESSMENT FOR FULL REOPENING ON 8th MARCH 2021

This is the latest of the Covid related Risk Assessment written either for Lockdown or Reopening over the last year.

Each one has seen improvements and developments as well as measures specific to the current National situation.

Previous measures have been considered and put in place - hence why so much has COMPLETED next to it.
